Direct CP offers a full range of engineering and field services, from basic field surveys and reporting, provision of materials including supply of CP materials and test equipment to a full engineering design with a complete suite of supporting documentation.

Our investment in a Rohrback Cosasco Systems ‘Checkmate’ corrosion rate meter enables us to read and monitor a large selection of corrosion monitoring equipment, including the common RCS 620 series corrosion rate probes.

We can design, manufacture, install, repair, service and test Cathodic (and anodic) Protection systems on a large range of buried or immersed steel structures, including:

  • Pipelines
  • Storage tank internal surfaces
  • Buried storage tank external surfaces
  • Jetties, Wharves, monopods and jackets
  • Well casings
  • Ship hulls, ballast tanks, cooling water system CP and antifouling systems
  • Heat exchanger end plates & tube sheets
  • Concrete structures, steel reinforcement in bridges, wharves and buildings: Testing and adjustment, maintenance and repairs
